Any contract entered into by our clients may be canceled for any reason within 72 hours of signing it.

A cancellation request must be sent in writing before midnight on the third day after the contract is signed.

After that period, the contract is regarded as binding, and all agreed-upon work/payments are required.

Any refunds will be processed through the same payment method that was used to make the initial payment. After we receive your cancellation, we will issue a refund within 10 business days.

The sole exception to the above regulation is if the client has initialed the “Right of Refusal” box, which waives the customer’s right to these three days and allows Southern Construction & Roofing, LLC to begin work or buy supplies immediately.

Contracts are binding once work begins and/or materials are ordered, and refunds are not possible.
